1. From your Konigle storefront admin, go to ‘Customers'.

2. At the customer you would like to make changes to, click on ‘Quick edit’.

3. A side window will be called out. Add tags to group customers into segments. i.e. VIP. Note: after typing in the tag, use a comma (,) to separate them. Click ‘Save’ to finalise.

4. To create a customer segment, first filter by tags by clicking on ‘+ Filter’ > ‘Tags’ > ‘starts with / ends with / contains’ > ‘Apply filters'.


5. Then, click ‘New segment’ for the filtered customers.

6. Give the new segment a name and description (optional) then click ‘Create’ to finalise.

7. You can find the created customer segments under ‘Customers’ > ‘Customer segments'.
