When buyers raise an enquiry on your store, you will receive it in the form of an email where you can directly reply to. However if the quantity gets too big, it will be much easier to manage all enquiries with the Konigle Storefront admin. Here's how:
1. From your Konigle Storefront dashboard, go to ‘Enquiries'.
2. You can find and track all enquiries raised. Click ‘Collaborate’ to manage the enquiry.
3. A side window will appear where you can leave comments for internal communication, archive, or mark as responded by clicking on the ' : ' .
