How to recover your seller account in Shopee?

To recover your Shopee seller account, follow these steps:

1. Go to shopee.com It will automatically direct you to your default country based on your browser.

2. Click on Seller Centre on the upper right hand corner of the page:
   

   

3. Click on Forgot Password from the Login page.
   

   

4. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account. Then, hit Next .
   

   

5. Access your mailbox and open the email from Shopee entitled: Reset your Shopee password. Click the link to set a new password.

6. Create a new password based on the given requirements. Then, hit Continue .
   

   

7. Continue to log in to shopee.com with your new credentials.
