This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you,  when you use Konigle. This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on all Konigle Pte Ltd websites, apps for Android & iOS platforms and plugins and/or API integrations with other platforms.

What data do we collect?

Konigle collects the following data:

• Your personal information such as name, email address, country.
• We will also collect your website customers' personal information that includes name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses.
• Your website's data such as product catalog, orders, inventory, page visit data and click stream data.
• Anonymous statistics about usage of the product that helps us improve the Konigle product.

How we collect your data?

You directly provide Konigle with most of the data we collect or authorize us to retrieve the data from third party platforms. We collect data and process data when you:

• Signup for Konigle or our newsletter
• Build a website on the Konigle platform.
  
• Use or plugins or mobile apps with other platforms.
  

How we use your data?

Konigle uses the collected data for the following purposes:

• Your email is only used for logging you in, responding to queries that you initiate, and product related notifications that you request. We will be using your email address to send our periodic newsletters and product updates which you can opt-out at any time.
• Your website's customer data is used to send  email campaigns that you  create while using Konigle.

Konigle will not share your or your website's private data with any other organizations in any format.

We do not sell your private data. This is the reason we charge for using Konigle, rather than offering a free product that makes money by selling your data. We do not use your store information to run competing websites.

Our mission is to make the internet more equitable, so you can make money from your website and we make money by charging for our product, rather than competing against our users.

How do we store your data?

Konigle securely stores your data as per standard industry standards. All the data we collect and store are encrypted, including temporary files and backups.

Konigle will keep that data that we receive from your website or our plugins as long as you keep the website hosted with us or use our plugins. We will delete your data once you close your account with us. Deleted information may be kept in backups for up to 48 hours. Backups are encrypted and are only accessed if needed for disaster recovery.

Security

We implement a variety of security measures to help keep your information secure. For instance, all communication with the app and website requires HTTPS with certificate pinning. Passwords are hashed, not stored, using industry-standard methods. All the database access from our backend servers use standard SSL encryption.

Marketing

Konigle would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Konigle from contacting you for marketing purposes from the marketing emails that we send.

What are your data protection rights?

Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The right to access– You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
• The right to rectification– You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
• The right to erasure– You have the right to request that Our Company erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
