Schema Markups
Konigle makes it easier for just about anyone to implement structured data on their website.
JSON-LD is a way to add structured data that helps search engines understand the content on your webpages more effectively. Think of it as a translator, providing crawlers with extra context and clarity about the information you present, leading to better search visibility and user experience.
Aside from helping search engines more accurately index your pages, which in turn results in better SEO for your website, having structured data enables the display of rich snippets in SERPs. These are search results that include additional information such as review ratings, product prices, and more. Rich snippets improve the UX of your listing, making it more eye-catching, leading to increased click-through rates.
Seeing how important structured data is to a website, we decided to lower the barriers of entry such that even people not well-versed in technical SEO will be able to implement it on their websites. Therefore, these schema markup-related features were built.
For starters, all pages on Konigle come with an automatically generated schema markup, based on the page information provided. So, you do not even need to generate a schema on your own!
The JSON-LD Schema Generator plugin on Konigle is able to generate JSON-LD schema markups based on the type of article of your choice. You can generate schema markups using a fill-in-the-blanks type of interface instead of having to create JSON-LD structured data from scratch.
Lastly, to cater to our users who are technical experts, it is also just as easy to add a customized schema markup to a page on Konigle's new UI. The new UI enables convenient toggling between all aspects of a page, from page content to page information, so that the end-to-end page creation process is as smooth as possible.
