Support Chat Widget
Konigle users can now add/disable the support chat widget on their website.
With this feature, you now have the freedom to decide what information to include in the support widget. These are the methods of support that can be added:
- Phone
- Enquiry
- Help
You can also decide other factors such as:
- Location of the button
- How long of a delay before the button appears
- Which pages for the widget to show up
