To cancel an order on Shopify, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Shopify account.
  2. From your Shopify admin, go to orders.
  3. Select the order that you wish to cancel.
  4. A small popup will appear. Click on the three dots (More actions).
  5. Scroll down and click on "Cancel Orders".
  6. Select the option to refund payment now or later.
  7. Choose a reason for cancellation from the drop-down menu, and enter any additional details, if necessary.
  8. Click Cancel order to confirm.

Another method to cancel a particular order is:

  1. Log in to your Shopify account.
  2. From your Shopify admin, go to orders.
  3. Click on the order that you wish to cancel.
