Instead of a boring “Notify me” back in stock button, Rebecca Minkoff implemented a "Join the Waitlist" button. By letting customers know when the product will be launched, they build anticipation and excitement. And when interested buyers join the waitlist, they'll be the first to know when the product is launched.

How can you implement this in your store?

  1. Create a "Coming soon” automatic collection page through your Shopify admin.
  2. Install Konigle on your Shopify store.
  3. Use the Bulk Price Editor tool to add product tags i.e. “coming soon” in bulk.
  4. Set product quantities to '0' and deselect ‘Continue selling when out of stock'.
