Zenyum is a dental care brand in South East Asia. Started in 2018, they have used technology to help grow their business from making invisible braces to now an entire collection of dental care products like water flosser, power toothbrushes.
In order to assist potential customers in finding the most suitable type of braces to achieve a 'perfect smile', Zenyum has created a short 5-minutes Invisible Braces assessment.
As seen in the image above, Zenyum will first collect details from potential customers who are interested in completing the assessment. This also allows them to simultaneously expand their email marketing list. Next, they ask a series of questions to understand their customer's needs followed by a image assessment.
This is a tactic to both increase conversion rate and reduce CAC as a satisfying quiz results means customers are more likely to convert and make a purchase and also collect demographic data of their customers such as their spending power and use cases etc.
