As seen in the image above, Laneige has 4 questions for potential customers to answer and find out their skincare needs. After answering these questions, the potential customer is then prompted to sign up to be on the email and text marketing list in order to receive the quiz result. This is a great tactic to improve conversion rates and reduce Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) whilst expanding their marketing list as a satisfying result means customers are more likely to convert and make purchases..
